Our client is looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Service Coordinator to be the link between our customers and our field service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love turning challenges into smooth solutions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for service and warranty enquiries — responding fast, finding faults, and offering smart solutions.
  • Schedule and prioritise jobs for our Field Technicians to keep everything flowing smoothly.
  • Process warranty claims and liaise with suppliers for quick resolutions.
  • Provide clear product advice and quotes to customers — and follow up to get results.
  • Keep accurate records, track job progress, and support internal teams with technical insights.
  • Help drive improvements across systems, service quality, and customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or customer support.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills — ideally in a technical or product-based environment.
  • Great communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy: confident with Microsoft Excel, Dynamics, and Office 365 preferred.
  • A proactive mindset — you’re someone who sees a better way and makes it happen.

Salary guide: $80-85k+super
