Our client, a highly respected name in the Civil Construction industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service / Internal Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in Brisbane’s South-East.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that values its people, rewards performance, and offers a vibrant, supportive workplace.
What You’ll Be Doing: In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all sales and hire enquiries – in person, by phone, and online. You’ll coordinate logistics, provide quotes, liaise with internal teams and customers, and help drive the success of the branch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries regarding equipment hire, sales, off-hires, pricing, and quotations
  • Providing accurate, competitive quotes and product recommendations
  • Coordinating deliveries and pickups (internal and external transport)
  • Maintaining day sheets and required documentation
  • Entering contracts and updating daily branch KPI reports
  • Liaising with drivers, yard hands, sales reps, and management
  • Promoting the full range of company products and spotting cross-sell opportunities
  • Greeting visitors and answering calls promptly with a friendly, professional approach

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Previous experience in internal sales or customer service coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Experience liaising with a variety of stakeholders – sales teams, warehouse staff, and management
  • Construction or hire industry experience is an advantage (but not essential)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to grow your product knowledge

Why Join This Team?

  • Supportive team culture – you’re more than just a number
  • Well-established company with a strong industry reputation
  • Recognition and reward for your contributions
  • Permanent full-time role with regular hours
  • Rotating shifts: 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Long-term career growth opportunities
