Position: Customer Service Officer
Length of Assignment: 3 months with a possible view to go extend.
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday – 8AM to 4PM or 9AM to 5PM
Pay rate: $34.59/hr + super 
Location: Malaga, WA 
Reporting to: Team Supervisor

Job Brief/Overview:

Duties:
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of all customer interactions, ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Handling complaints regarding services and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Rebooking missed services promptly
  • Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailboxes in a timely manner.
  • Booking scheduled services accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolving disputes
  • Updating the system with new information 

Ideal Candidate:

You should possess the following qualities:

  • Previous call center experience or high volume call environment
  • Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
