  • Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + super
  • Work Type: Full-time, permanent

Requirements

  • Proven experience in frontline customer service with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Skilled in managing complex phone systems, including directing calls across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.
  • Drive a positive experience for visitors and employees by managing the reception area and maintaining the visitor log.
  • Deliver exceptional administrative support, including sorting mail, ordering office supplies, and supporting rental, sales, and spare parts administration.
  • Support the Branch Manager with ad hoc tasks, including document formatting, reporting, and vehicle register updates.
  • Assist with local travel bookings and catering arrangements as required.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to Occupational Safety & Health initiatives, fostering a safe and compliant workplace.
