We’re seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our client’s team as a Field Customer Service Representative. Gain valuable experience, develop your skills, and grow. This is your chance to shine!
Salary: $77,000 + super
Work Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Increase customer base and turnover by approaching potential customers.
- Reactivate expired PMP agreements and promote new service maintenance schedules on a monthly basis.
- Investigate and resolve general customer issues, offering services and solutions for site-related problems, ensuring high-quality customer support.
- Prepare and follow up on equipment repair quotations to secure approval and ensure smooth repair processes.
- Assist in the preparation and redeployment of Hire Department machinery, ensuring efficient repair negotiations and internal process improvements.
- Provide in-field support for customer issues and ensure all customer needs are met.
- Inspect equipment and work sites to assess and establish customer needs.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure acceptance and success.
- Update CRM register and liaise with other departments regarding Hire Department equipment and customer requirements.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven customer service experience with a strong sales background or similar customer-facing role.
- Current “C” class driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Knowledge and understanding of materials handling equipment.
- Appropriate equipment operation licensing and certification.
- Current “C” class driver’s license.
- Proven success in meeting targets and achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently and be ‘hands-on’ when required.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to maximize customer contact within the available time frame.
