PROJECT MANAGER – LARGE LOSS INSURANCE REPAIRS | QLD/NSW PORTFOLIO | Up to $130,000 plus super

A fast-growing residential insurance repairs builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex, multi-trade repair projects across Queensland and New South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys leading teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving outcomes.

Salary Package:

Up to $130,000 plus super + Car + TOT 

Location: Brisbane / SEQ preferred, managing a QLD & NSW portfolio

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects (large loss), coordinating multi-trade delivery while ensuring strong customer service, safety, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and deliver complex, multi-trade residential repair projects end-to-end
– Allocate and schedule works across your portfolio with subcontractors and internal teams
– Provide timely updates to insurers, homeowners, and internal stakeholders
– Lead and coordinate your project team, supporting performance and development
– Ensure works meet quality standards, budgets, and safety requirements

About You:

– QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
– Certificate IV in Building and Construction (required)
– Proven experience managing multi-trade construction sites
– Strong leadership, communication, and customer service/conflict resolution skills
– Solid computer literacy (estimating and/or project management systems exposure advantageous)
– Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and WHS/OHS standards
