About the Role An established and growing insurance repair contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to step into a Construction Manager position. This role offers oversight across multiple insurance repair portfolios, leadership of delivery teams, and a clear pathway into senior operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of residential and commercial insurance repair projects
• Manage multiple project teams, supervisors, and external trades
• Ensure compliance with insurance KPIs, WH&S, and quality standards
• Control budgets, variations, and repair programs across active claims
• Build strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, and subcontractors

About You

• Strong background as a Senior Project Manager within insurance repairs or restoration
• Proven experience managing high‑volume, fast‑turnaround repair projects
• Commercially astute with strong cost control and scheduling experience
• Confident leader capable of mentoring Project Managers and Supervisors
• Motivated to progress into a Construction Manager role
