This isn’t a role for someone who wants straightforward projects. These are large-scale developments with significant stakeholder scrutiny, where successful delivery relies just as much on communication, planning and leadership as it does technical expertise.

The Role We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects from award through to completion.

You’ll work closely with clients, builders, consultants, engineers, fabrication teams and site personnel, ensuring projects remain on track while proactively identifying risks, managing expectations and driving outcomes.
Strong communication is non-negotiable.

The best Project Managers in this business don’t simply react to problems—they identify them months before they occur and develop solutions before issues impact programme, stakeholders or delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Project Management experience within structural steel, commercial construction, engineering or major infrastructure projects
• Strong stakeholder and client management capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to forecast risks and drive outcomes proactively
• Collaborative leadership style with a solutions-focused mindset
• Experience coordinating multiple teams across fabrication, engineering and site delivery environments highly regarded

Potential for interstate travel across Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. It will be limited.
