Senior Supervisor/Project Manager

About the opportunity

A senior delivery role overseeing insurance repair and reinstatement projects across Brisbane. The position will suit an experienced construction professional who can lead supervisors and trades, manage complex claims, maintain strong client relationships and drive projects through to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insurance repair, restoration and reinstatement projects from allocation through to completion.
• Lead and support supervisors, coordinators, estimators, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review scopes, budgets, programmes, variations and project risks to maintain commercial control.
• Coordinate site activity, procurement, trade sequencing, approvals and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, assessors, clients and policyholders.
• Monitor quality, safety, compliance, customer service and project performance across the portfolio.
• Resolve complex construction, access, scope and stakeholder issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate reporting on programme, cost, margin, risk and delivery outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of operational systems, processes and team performance.

About you

• Strong experience managing insurance building, restoration, repair or residential construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership experience across supervisors, trades and project support teams.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodology, estimating, variations, scheduling and cost control.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in sensitive occupied environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Relevant building, construction or project management qualifications are highly regarded.
• Current driver licence and the ability to travel across the Brisbane region.
