About the opportunity

A Project Coordinator is required to support the delivery of insurance repair and reinstatement projects across Brisbane. This office-based role will coordinate trades, appointments, documentation and communication to keep multiple projects progressing efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance repair projects from approval through to completion and handover.
• Book trades, suppliers, inspections, appointments and site access.
• Maintain project files, notes, purchase orders, work orders and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with policyholders, clients, supervisors, estimators and subcontractors.
• Track job progress, outstanding actions, approvals, variations and completion dates.
• Follow up trades and suppliers to ensure works remain on programme.
• Assist with reporting, invoicing, compliance documentation and project close-out.
• Provide responsive customer service and clear updates throughout the repair process.

About you

• Experience in project coordination, construction administration, insurance repairs or a similar environment.
• Strong administration, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Confident phone and email communication with clients, policyholders and trades.
• Ability to manage a high volume of active jobs and competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Experience using job management, construction or insurance systems is advantageous.
• A practical understanding of building terminology and repair processes is preferred.
