Project Manager | Client Side | Commercial, Education & Retail Projects

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 Package + Career Progression

I’m currently partnering with a well-established client-side project and property consultancy that continues to secure a strong pipeline of work across commercial, education, workplace, retail and brownfield projects.

With ongoing project wins and a growing portfolio, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager who is eager to take ownership of projects, develop their technical capability and work closely with experienced industry leaders.

This opportunity would suit someone currently working in a client-side consultancy, contractor or project management environment who is looking for broader project exposure and a genuine pathway towards a Senior Project Manager position.

The Role

Working closely with senior management, you will be involved in projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for:

• Design management, procurement and project delivery
• Programme development and management
• Financial management, budgeting and reporting
• Consultant and contractor coordination
• Client and stakeholder engagement
• Risk management and project governance
• Monthly project reporting
• Managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle

Unlike many larger consultancies, this is a hands-on environment where you’ll be encouraged to take ownership, build client relationships and become a trusted advisor throughout the delivery process.

About You

We’re interested in speaking with Project Managers who possess:

• 3-7 years of project management experience
• Experience within client-side, consultancy or construction project delivery environments
• Strong commercial construction knowledge
• Fit-out, refurbishment or brownfield project experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical and problem-solving ability
• Degree qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related discipline

Education sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
