$65,000 + super | Full-time, permanent | 8:30am – 5:30pm | Sydney CBD office

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a corporate environment (admin experience is a must)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Australian citizen, PR, or unrestricted work rights (background check required)

Responsibilities:

  • Reception management: answering calls, welcoming visitors, and maintaining meeting room bookings
  • Office administration: managing office supplies, ordering catering, and overseeing domestic travel arrangements
  • Support the business unit with document formatting, binding, and organizing project reports
  • Assist with financial administration: managing staff expenses, credit card logs, and accounts payable
  • Maintain office cleanliness and facilities, ensuring everything is in working order and ready for use
  • Uphold office safety and compliance standards through regular checks (IMS system)
