- Position: Administrator
- Start Date: ASAP – Immediate start
- Length of Assignment: 6 months with the strong possibility to move permanent
- Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM or 8AM to 4PM – No WFH.
- Pay rate: $32.56 per hour + super
- Location: Balcatta, WA – parking onsite
- Showdown period: 16th Dec to 6th Jan

Job Brief/Overview:
Our client is seeking an experience administrator with exposure to accounts duties to join their team for a six month temp assignment with the possible view to go permanent after the assignment. The candidate will need to be able to start ASAP as the company has a shutdown period from 16th Dec to 6th Jan.
Duties:
- Reviewing and working on the profit and loss statements
- Maintaining and preparing financial reporting
- Reconciling payments
- Invoicing
- Reviewing and recording business transactions
- Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in databases or spreadsheets.
- Assisting with financial record-keeping.
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative background – over 2+ years – essential
- Exposure to accounts duties would be ideal
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Proficiency with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Patient and resilient in the face of challenges.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
