Synaco Global are currently seeking a administrator to perform general adhoc duties, intermediate experience is required client is willing to train on the job.

Monday to Friday – 6 hour days.

Main Resposibilities

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, taking messages accurately, and providing helpful information to callers.
  • Managing Mail and Packages: Receive and sort mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate recipients promptly. Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate courier services when necessary.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Keep track of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Assist with organizing meetings and preparing materials when required.

Minimum Requirements 

  • Drivers License highly preferred
  • intermediate computer knowledge 
  • Bubbly Personality  
  • High attention to detail
  • 2 x contactable referees
