What’s Required

• Registered Architect (must be registered in Australia)
• 8+ years’ experience in commercial architecture, ideally across retail, industrial or mixed-use
• High-level Revit proficiency (essential)
• Capable of working independently
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide others and grow a team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex commercial projects while collaborating with interstate design teams
• Build and mentor a growing Sydney team – establish the right culture and attract like-minded professionals
• Take ownership of your projects – from design concept, documentation to client and consultant engagement
• Represent the practice externally, with confidence in conversations around new work and opportunities
• Contribute to national leadership conversations – your voice will be heard
