What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership experience in branch or operational management
  • Commercially savvy with a track record of driving sales, service, and profitability
  • Background in equipment hire, forklifts, access, or material handling industries is highly regarded
  • Strong relationship-building skills across staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Clear communicator and confident decision-maker
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on team culture and performance
  • Experience in greenfield or start-up operations will be viewed favourably

  • Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team across rentals, sales, and service
  • Deliver business results while maintaining operational and safety standards
