About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to oversee the delivery of commercial and mixed-use construction projects in Adelaide. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site management, trade coordination, safety compliance and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record managing subcontractors and site operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and supervise subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate inspections, materials deliveries, and site logistics.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimise delays.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Building Supervisor or Site Manager.
• Strong background in commercial, mixed-use or multi storey construction.
• Solid understanding of WHS regulations and site safety management.
• Trade qualification or construction management background preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Builder’s licence (or ability to obtain in SA) is highly regarded.
