About the opportunity
An experienced Building Supervisor is required to coordinate insurance repair and reinstatement works across Brisbane. You will manage multiple active sites, engage trades, maintain programmes and provide a high standard of service to clients and policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise insurance repair, restoration and reinstatement projects across residential and light commercial properties.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site access, materials and daily construction activities.
• Complete site inspections, confirm scopes and identify additional works or variations.
• Prepare and maintain project programmes, trade schedules and progress updates.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, safety and compliance throughout each project.
• Communicate regularly with policyholders, clients, assessors, estimators and internal project teams.
• Resolve site issues and keep projects progressing within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Complete project documentation, photos, notes and handover requirements accurately.

About you

• Previous experience as a Building Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor.
• Insurance repair, restoration, residential renovation or maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of building trades, sequencing, defects, scopes and variations.
• Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple sites.
• Confident dealing with clients and policyholders in occupied or sensitive environments.
• Relevant trade or construction qualification is advantageous.
• Current driver licence and willingness to travel across Brisbane.
