We’re partnering with a growing insurance building and repairs business that is looking to add multiple Claims Administrators to its Sydney team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on dealing with people, and wants to build a long-term career within a supportive business that genuinely invests in its staff.
Working alongside project managers, estimators, trades and customers, you’ll play a key role in managing insurance claims from first contact through to completion, ensuring a positive experience for clients during what can often be a stressful time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers lodging insurance claims
- Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Coordinating trades, estimators and project teams
- Scheduling inspections, make-safe works and repair activities
- Managing claim documentation and updating internal systems
- Liaising with insurers, customers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Following up outstanding actions and maintaining service level agreements
- Escalating and resolving issues while providing exceptional customer service
- Ensuring all claims are managed accurately and within required timeframes
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, call centre, claims, scheduling or coordination roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- A proactive, resilient and positive attitude
- Experience within insurance, construction, property, repairs or trades environments will be highly regarded
