Junior Contract Administrator / Graduate Civil Engineer

We’re currently working with an established but growing construction contractor in a very strong position, with a healthy pipeline of secured work and clear plans for continued growth. They’re now looking to bring on a junior Contract Administrator to support the delivery team.

This role would suit a recent or near‑graduate Civil Engineer, or someone early in their CA career who may have experience in residential or industrial construction and is keen to develop long term in a commercial contracting environment.

More than background alone, this opportunity is about drive, attitude, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the business.

The role:

• Supporting senior Contract Administrators across live projects
• Assisting with cost control, variations, progress claims and subcontractor packages
• Exposure to procurement, reporting and project financials
• Learning the full Contract Administration lifecycle with hands-on mentorship

About you:

• Degree qualified (or close to completion) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• 1–3 years’ experience in a CA, engineering or project support role
• Residential or industrial construction background considered
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn the commercial side of construction
• Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
