Join a progressive and growing construction company delivering high-quality commercial and multi-residential projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the successful delivery of a $20M, 5-storey residential development currently underway in Brisbane.
�� The Role
You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to oversee all contractual and financial aspects of the project. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination with subcontractors, accurate cost tracking, and clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
�� Key Responsibilities
- Manage head contract and subcontract administration
- Prepare, issue and evaluate subcontractor packages and variations
- Track project costs, budgets, claims and reporting
- Assist with procurement and supplier negotiations
- Monitor compliance and ensure contract terms are upheld
- Contribute to project meetings and progress tracking
��♂️ You Will Bring
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role within the commercial or multi-residential sector
- Proven experience on projects $10M+
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project financials
- Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
