Position: 2x Customer Service Officers – INBOUND
Length of Assignment: 3 months (13 weeks) 
Pay rate: $34.59/hr + super 
Location: Malaga, WA
Days and Hours: Full time hours – Monday to Friday. 8AM to 4PM OR 9AM to 5PM. Need to be available on 23rd September (public holiday) 

Start date:  5th August 2024

Job Brief/Overview:

Our client is seeking 2x Customer Service Officers to assist with a new project in August 2024. They require experienced and skilled individuals who have 2+ years background in call center, customer service or answering high volume customer enquiries. 

Our client is based in Malaga, WA and the role will be 5 days onsite with no WFH opportunity. We will need individuals to start 5th August for a 13 week temp assignment. The individuals will need to work on the Public Holiday – 23rd September. 

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of all customer interactions (inbound calls), ensuring each interaction is handled with care and efficiency. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming residential phone calls with a friendly demeanor.
  • Handling any complaints (if any) that may come through 
  • Tracking information in MS Excel. 

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency with Office 365 suite, especially Excel. 
  • Previous call center and/or customer service experience.
