S&you has partnered with a Nation-wide specialist contactor construction company, specialising in the protection and remediation of steel and concrete structures that completes projects of Tier 1 – Tier 2 scale.

Our client has an extensive portfolio of completed projects. This particular company has a proven track record in successful project delivery and the ability to meet a range of needs to achieve its corporate objectives. Their projects include, but not limited to, the following sectors: Defence, Rebuilds, Refurbishments, Operations, Mining and Transport.

Note: This role is only available for candidates with PR or Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process handover documents for multiple Defence projects
  • Provide administrative support and compile documentation for tenders and project handover submissions
  • Manage project meetings, data entry, minute-taking, and compile management plans
  • Track and report project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaise with stakeholders to meet submission deadlines
  • Understand and address client needs, fostering long-term relationships
  • Identify and solve potential issues proactively
  • Collaborate with project teams and support team learning
  • Ensure a safe working environment for self and others
  • Support the setup and compliance of HSEQ standards and plans

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Project administration experience
  • Previous exposure to Defence and/or Construction industry
  • Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work methodically and autonomously, and as part of a team
  • Certificate of Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or other relevant discipline desirable but not required
