They are seeking a proactive and organised Rental Coordinator to plan, manage, and optimise their rental fleet. This role offers the chance to deliver exceptional service while fostering strong client relationships and operational excellence.
Salary: $70,000 + super
Work Type: Full-time, permanent, in-office

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and relationship management

Responsibilities
- Maximise utilisation of the rental fleet by fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure rental equipment is maintained, dispatched, and returned in line with company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, managing on-hire and off-hire processes to exceed expectations.
- Monitor equipment availability and collaborate with branch managers for future planning and inventory optimisation.
- Maintain accurate invoicing, rental agreements, and transport records to uphold company standards.
- Contribute to process improvements, reporting, and continuous enhancement initiatives within the rental department.
- Ensure adherence to traffic management and workplace safety protocols while liaising with contractors.
