Our client, a leading building materials business, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Accounts Representative to manage residential trades accounts. If you have a passion for sales and an interest in the building materials and manufacturing industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all inbound enquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
- Provide high-level support to DIY and trade customers.
- Efficiently handle all incoming leads.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain and grow sales volumes.
- Review all incoming orders for accuracy, ensuring minimal variations.
- Update records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Report on lead generation, success rates, quotes, and lead times.
- Support new product launches.
