Our client, a leading building materials business, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Accounts Representative to manage residential trades accounts. If you have a passion for sales and an interest in the building materials and manufacturing industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all inbound enquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
  • Provide high-level support to DIY and trade customers.
  • Efficiently handle all incoming leads.
  • Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and grow sales volumes.
  • Review all incoming orders for accuracy, ensuring minimal variations.
  • Update records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Report on lead generation, success rates, quotes, and lead times.
  • Support new product launches.

  • A natural people-person with excellent communication skills.
