About the Role
This is a field-based sales role focused on building relationships and delivering value to clients in the civil and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote a range of hazard management hire equipment.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a structured call plan.
- Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date.
- Provide tailored, solution-based advice to help clients manage on-site hazards.
- Assist in the workshop and across other areas of the business as needed – everyone helps out.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the product range and solve problems within the industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude – this role suits someone who’s hands-on and thrives in a team.
- Willingness to get involved across all facets of the business.
Full product and sales training provided.
