Sales Representative – Safety Equipment Hire (Construction Industry) Northern Sydney + Newcastle travel (every 5 weeks)

$90–110k + Super + Company Vehicle + Tools of the Trade

Our client partners with major players in the civil and construction industry, supplying smart, safety-focused solutions to help manage on-site hazards. With a strong team culture and a practical, can-do vibe, they’re now looking for someone to help grow their reach across Northern Sydney (north of the M4) and Newcastle (every 5 weeks).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visiting civil and construction sites to promote and educate on safety gear for dust, fume, noise & ventilation control
• Managing and growing an existing customer base
• Sticking to a regular call plan and keeping the CRM up to date
• Working closely with clients to solve problems on-site – this is all about solution-based selling
• Lending a hand in the workshop when needed – it’s a team-first culture
• Spotting new business opportunities and gaps in the market

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience within the civil or construction industry will be highly regarded
• You don’t need to know the products – training provided
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with site-based teams and project managers
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
• A proactive, practical mindset – you’re hands-on and solutions-focused.
