We’re looking for a driven, boots-on-the-ground Sales Rep ready to do more than just sell — we want someone who’s not afraid to get on site, get dirty, and help build something meaningful.

Our client is a fast-growing construction safety equipment hire business, helping keep job sites safer by tackling major hazards like dust, noise, fumes, and poor ventilation. Whether it’s advising clients on the right solution or getting involved with equipment installations, this role is as hands-on as it is strategic.

Branch is located in the Logan area although this is an on the road position reporting into the Branch Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hit the road and connect with civil and construction clients across your territory.
  • Promote and demonstrate solutions for dust, fume, noise, and ventilation control.
  • Get involved in onsite installations and help clients troubleshoot in real time.
  • Keep the CRM up to date and stick to a structured weekly call plan.
  • Support the workshop team when needed — you’re not just selling, you’re part of the full solution.
  • Constantly seek new opportunities to expand the product offering and add value.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience in the construction industry is a huge plus, will also consider tradies with some sales experience.
  • You’re practical, hands-on, and not afraid to step onto site or into the workshop.
  • You’re a confident communicator and a natural problem solver.
  • You’ve got a positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

The Offer Salary: $90–$110K + Super + Company Car
