The Role This is a 100% field-based sales role with full ownership of the Sydney territory. You’ll be trusted to hunt new business, build long-term client relationships, and directly impact revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively hunting and winning new business
  • Building strong relationships with civil construction and agriculture clients
  • Selling generator and fuel cell hire solutions
  • Preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and closing deals
  • Providing standout follow-up to drive repeat business

  • Proven sales success (equipment hire or construction sales highly regarded)
  • Confident communicator and commercial negotiator
  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
  • Hungry, competitive, and results-focused
  • Energised by being on the road and meeting clients face-to-face
