Our client is Australia’s longest running and most professional suppliers of home ducted heating and cooling systems with over 40 years’ experience in customer service, who carry a selection of leading brands in Air Conditioning & Solar products.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on sales leads.
  • Assist clients with design and design plans, including quoting jobs
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
  • Assist in preparing special quotes and pricing as needed.
  • Handle incoming sales leads through various channels
  • Identify and acquire new customers while expanding the current customer base
  • Engage actively with key clients including contractors, dealers, and others to foster strong relationships.

Key experience:

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication are essential.
  • Professional and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to and follow up on sales leads.
  • Strong relationship building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
