Join a leading Civil Construction Hire Equipment business. Work with the Sales Manager, Branch sales, Marketing and Operation teams to support the sales process and ensure a WOW level of service is achieved.
 
Use your strong admin experience to schedule work priorities and workloads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Stakeholders for the collation of information for Tender submissions and new business development opportunities
  • Develop Sales reports and papers as required
  • Maintain database of third-party client portals for quoting, payment lodging, purchase order receipts and other communication as required and distribute access to these portals to the sales team where necessary
  • Develop knowledge of Baseplan and Sales Force for managing client’s info, pricing, reports and purchase orders
  • Maintain Database of Industry bodies, memberships (CCF, HRIA, etc) and liaise with marketing around scheduling of any industry events.
  • Work closely with Sales team to ensure Tender submission schedules are met
  • Use BCI and Salesforce for creation of reports and researching business development opportunities.
  • Assist Sales Manager in reviewing customer and company pricelists
  • Maintain quote portal, raise quotes as required to support sales team and action as required
  • Follow up enquiries from website and other digital lead sources and allocate to sales team to action as required.
  • Assist the development of tender proposals and submissions
  • Working with Branch Staff, Sales Team and Marketing oversee the coordination and organisation of all tradeshow arrangements
  • Autonomously manage high priority workflows with tight deadlines

KEY EXPERIENCE

  • Ensuring compliance of deadlines with sales team.
  • A solid understanding of, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Sound understanding of Baseplan, BCI & Salesforce preferred
  • Strong and confident communicator with excellent grammatical and copywriting skills
  • A desire to contribute and implement changes to support the overall growth of the company
  • Strong team player with an excellent phone and personal manner
  • Self-motivated, positive and well organised
