Salary: $105,000 package + company car
Location: Tweed Heads, Lismore, 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams & support and manage delivering cleaning services as per contractual obligations.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management procedures are followed.
  • Oversee site cleaning operations, ensuring KPIs and performance targets are met.
  • Mentor and develop team members, focusing on internal growth and succession planning.
  • Act as the point of escalation for client concerns and operational challenges.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of the Business Management System.

About You:

  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering customer service excellence in cleaning or facilities management.
  • Current NSW driver’s license, WWC, and Police Check.
  • Strong leadership ability and the capacity to develop relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of service delivery best practices, with a focus on cleaning services.
  • Competency in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and service targets.
  • Solid understanding of HSE requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
