Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams & support and manage delivering cleaning services as per contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance and risk management procedures are followed.
- Oversee site cleaning operations, ensuring KPIs and performance targets are met.
- Mentor and develop team members, focusing on internal growth and succession planning.
- Act as the point of escalation for client concerns and operational challenges.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of the Business Management System.
About You:
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering customer service excellence in cleaning or facilities management.
- Current NSW driver’s license, WWC, and Police Check.
- Strong leadership ability and the capacity to develop relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of service delivery best practices, with a focus on cleaning services.
- Competency in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs and service targets.
- Solid understanding of HSE requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
