Accommodation Manager

Our client is a global leader in material handling solutions, serving a broad range of customers across multiple industries. With operations in over 50 countries worldwide, they are currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join the team in Smithfield.

The Role

  • Organising and maintaining Field Technician induction & training registers.
  • Maintaining customer's portals including tracking induction requirements, loading and updating insurance certificates and HSE documentation
  • Purchase requisitioning for job-related purchases and follow up orders
  • Coordination of goods receiving processes
  • Processing reimbursements for expenses
  • Initiate customer master data setup
  • Timely and accurate invoicing
  • Customer master data maintenance
  • Month end closing
  • Provide support and assistance to the Lead Administrator 
  • General branch administration support and tasks as required

The Person

  • Good Customer Service (internal & external)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Organised and time management skills 
  • Ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Administration qualifications, skills and experience, min 2 years.
  • Use initiative and attention to detail to find the best possible solution or process.
  • Possess a polite and friendly manner, a positive attitude and professional presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Can do attitude.
