My client design, manufacture, and distribute a wide range of fire curtain and fire rated window solutions trusted by industries worldwide.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Coordinator to join the team.

Job Description: Reporting into the State Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with Service Enquiries and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing service enquiries, repairs and call outs
  • Liaising with commercial and building clients
  • Using technical aptitude to assist with initial enquiries
  • Work closely with the field team
  • Processing service agreements and coordinating the sale of repairs
  • Generate new service business.
  • Build on the relationships with existing customers.
  • Contact facilities manager and/or clients who are responsible for the servicing of products that have been installed to generate leads for Service.
  • Prepare and submit quotes for service and maintenance agreements.
  • Prepare quotes for call outs or repair works.
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing the opportunity.
  • Visit clients when required to understand their requirements, needs and the site conditions.
  • Liaise with customers and handle service and repair enquiries and issues.
  • Ensure that sales budgets and margins are achieved by actively seek new business.
  • Monthly reporting and forecasting on service performance.
  • Work closely with the Service Co-ordinator and assist where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain asset registers for sites
  • Maintain a strong understanding on the products offered by the company.
  • Managing, mentoring and appraisal of assigned staff

Requirements:

  • Strong internal relationship mgt skills
  • Experience in data entry and input into database
  • Technically minded
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and administration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in fire service industry with customer service experience in business-to-business dealings.
  • Warm sales experience
