Role: Service Warranty Coordinator
Location: Royston Park, SA
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + super (dependent on experience and skill base)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift Times: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days onsite

About the Role:
As a Service Warranty Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing after-sales maintenance support, handling service requests, and addressing warranty issues for our valued clients. Your main tool? Your exceptional communication skills over the phone.

  • Answering customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Up-selling additional service work to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Building strong relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service that exceeds expectations every time.


  • 1-2 years of customer service/administration/call center experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
