Site Manager – Industrial / Business Park Projects

I’m currently recruiting for a well-established Melbourne commercial builder with a strong pipeline of industrial and business park projects in the south east suburbs.

This role will suit an experienced Site Manager who enjoys running well-structured industrial builds, working with repeat subcontractors, and being part of a stable, family-owned construction business with long-term work secured.

The projects:
• Industrial and commercial builds within business parks
• Typically warehouses, office/warehouse developments, and multi-tenant industrial projects
• Projects primarily based in Melbourne’s western corridor
• Strong systems, realistic programmes, and repeat subcontractor base

The role:
• End-to-end site management from site establishment through to handover
• Managing subcontractors, programme, quality and safety on site
• Coordinating trades, suppliers, consultants and internal delivery team
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard
• Reporting into an experienced construction management team

About you:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Experience delivering commercial or industrial construction projects
• Residential background will be considered if you have stepped into larger, more complex builds
• Strong understanding of structure, services coordination and sequencing
• Confident leading subcontractors and maintaining site standards
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
