I’m working with a well-established commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across the commercial, education, government and community sectors.
Due to a growing pipeline of work, we’re looking to speak with experienced Site Supervisors who are looking to join a supportive team with genuine opportunities for long-term growth.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard of quality. Projects typically range from $1M – $8M and include a mix of education, government, community and commercial builds across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards
• Monitor quality through inspections and ITPs
• Coordinate project delivery alongside Project Managers and consultants
• Maintain project documentation and site reporting
• Manage programme, resources and site logistics effectively
About You
• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Supervisor
• Proven experience delivering projects valued between $1M-$8M
• Carpentry trade background preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound understanding of quality assurance processes and ITPs
• Experience using Procore, 1Breadcrumb or similar construction software
• Full Australian working rights
