Site Supervisor | Hunter Valley & Central Coast

$120,000 – $130,000 + Super + Vehicle

A well-established insurance restoration and construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential building and large-loss repair projects across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Central Coast regions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who enjoys autonomy, managing multiple projects, and working remotely while remaining connected to a supportive and highly experienced team.

With a strong pipeline of work and a flexible work-from-home setup, you’ll have the freedom to manage your portfolio while attending the office just once per month for team catchups, trivia, BBQ lunch, and collaboration sessions.

The Role
You will be responsible for supervising residential and large-loss building repair projects from commencement through to completion. Working closely with trades, clients, assessors, and internal stakeholders, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

While insurance restoration experience is advantageous, it is not essential. Experienced residential or commercial supervisors looking to transition into the insurance sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential repair and reconstruction projects concurrently
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
• Conduct site inspections and validate scopes of works
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Identify and manage variations where required
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain site documentation and progress reports
• Drive quality outcomes and ensure works meet required standards
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
• Resolve site issues efficiently to minimise project delays

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Site Manager, or similar
• Residential construction experience strongly preferred
• Insurance building experience advantageous but not essential
• Experience delivering renovation, repair, rebuild, or remediation projects
• Strong scheduling and trade coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• White Card and sound knowledge of WHS requirements
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple active projects
