Site Supervisor / Foreman Adelaide Hills 
Are you looking for the opportunity to step up and take ownership of a commercial project while being mentored by an experienced builder?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a privately owned South Australian developer and builder with over 20 years of successful project delivery. With a strong pipeline of local developments and a hands-on leadership team, they are seeking a practical and driven Site Supervisor / Foreman to join the business and help deliver an upcoming commercial project in the Adelaide Hills.

Unlike larger corporate builders, this is a genuine opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while working closely alongside the owners of the business.

The Project

• $10M commercial development
• 2,500m² supermarket and medical centre base build
• Meadows location, approximately 40 minutes from Adelaide
• Project commencing late 2026
• Approximate 10-month construction programme

The Role
This position sits somewhere between a Foreman and Site Supervisor role and would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career.
You’ll work closely with the owners of the business, who remain heavily involved in project delivery and will provide ongoing support throughout the build.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating subcontractors and day-to-day site activities
• Managing site safety, quality and programme outcomes
• Site establishment and logistics coordination
• Organising materials, deliveries and site operations
• Liaising with trades and maintaining strong site relationships
• Assisting with general site duties where required
• Supporting the successful delivery of the project from start to finish

This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who enjoys being on site and involved in all aspects of construction.
