We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / Supervisor Estimator to join a well-established insurance building repairs business, supporting a strong pipeline of residential and light commercial repair work across Brisbane, with a preference for someone based around Logan or the Bayside corridor.

This role would suit someone who understands the insurance repair process, can manage trades, assess works, coordinate repairs, and keep jobs moving smoothly from site inspection through to completion.
 
The Role
 
You will be responsible for supervising insurance repair projects across the Brisbane region, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standard. You will work closely with internal coordinators, estimators, trades, homeowners, insurers, and loss adjusters.
This is a hands-on role where strong communication, organisation, and trade management are essential.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Attend site inspections and assess repair requirements
• Manage trades and subcontractors across multiple live jobs
• Coordinate works across residential and light commercial insurance repairs
• Ensure repairs are completed in line with scope, budget, and timeframes
• Liaise with clients, homeowners, insurers, and internal teams
• Identify variations and provide clear supporting information
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress across all assigned jobs
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
• Resolve site issues quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in insurance building repairs is highly preferred
• Background as a Site Supervisor, Supervisor Estimator, Building Supervisor, or similar
• Strong knowledge of residential repairs, maintenance, restoration, or insurance works
• Ability to manage trades and multiple jobs at once
• Confident communication with homeowners, clients, and internal teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• QBCC licence or relevant trade/building background highly regarded
• Based in Brisbane, Logan, Bayside, or surrounding areas preferred
