We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / Supervisor Estimator to manage insurance building repair works across the Toowoomba region.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong building background who enjoys managing repairs, coordinating trades, dealing with homeowners, and taking ownership of jobs from assessment through to completion.
The role will suit someone who is comfortable working across a mix of residential insurance repairs, maintenance, restoration, and general building repair projects.
The Role
Insurance Building Repairs
$110,000 – $130,000 + super + vehicle
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / Supervisor Estimator to manage insurance building repair works across the Toowoomba region.

The role will suit someone who is comfortable working across a mix of residential insurance repairs, maintenance, restoration, and general building repair projects.
The Role
You will oversee a portfolio of insurance repair jobs across Toowoomba and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for managing site activity, coordinating trades, checking scopes, identifying variations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timeframes.
You’ll be the key link between site, internal office teams, clients, trades, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and assess required repair works
- Supervise trades and subcontractors across multiple jobs
- Manage insurance repair projects from start to finish
- Review scopes, identify variations, and provide accurate updates
- Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintain strong communication with homeowners and stakeholders
- Coordinate materials, trades, access, and job scheduling
- Work closely with internal estimating and coordination teams
- Keep job notes, updates, and documentation accurate and current
What We’re Looking For
- Previous insurance building repair experience highly regarded
- Experience as a Building Supervisor, Supervisor Estimator, Site Supervisor, or similar
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, repairs, maintenance, or restoration
- Ability to manage trades and multiple active jobs
- Good understanding of scopes, variations, and repair methodology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- QBCC licence or relevant trade background preferred
- Must be based in or willing to service the Toowoomba region
