Supervisor / Estimator – Insurance Repairs
Location: Sunshine Coast
Salary: $130,000 plus super + Vehicle + Benefits
About the Role
Join a growing team in the building and insurance repair sector. We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor/Estimator to manage assessments, prepare accurate scopes, and deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site assessments for insurance-related building repairs.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work and accurate cost estimates.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify variations and manage documentation for compliance.
- Support project managers with technical advice and quality assurance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in building assessment or estimating within insurance repairs or construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate scopes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.
